In 1998, Paul co-founded Speed Dynamics Atlanta where he coached athletes to Olympic and World Championship medals, a World Record, and more than 20 National records.

One day, an athlete from Paul’s training group asked for help getting into meets. Paul began calling meet directors and booking his athlete’s travel to competitions around the world. The word spread quickly and soon athletes were calling Paul for representation. Over the last 20+ years, Paul has developed Doyle Management Group from a one-man operation to one of the most trusted and respected management companies in the industry.

Paul graduated from the University of Massachusetts with a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Exercise Physiology. Ever since, his life has been dedicated to track and field in one form or another.

Paul and his wife Karen Shinkins, a former Irish Olympian, and their two sons Keane and Cullen, live in Atlanta, Georgia.



Robby began his relationship with DMG 18+ years ago as one of the company’s first clients. As an athlete Robby reached as high as a #8 World Ranking in the 110m Hurdles. He graduated from Life University with a degree in Business Administration. Now as a manager, Robby travels with DMG athletes to international competitions and major championships providing the necessary support so each athlete can maximize their performance on the track. Robby supervises the DMG overseas base camp and administers the training programs of the athletes who are away from their regular coaches. He also coordinates DMG athlete competition entry and travel logistics.



Jeff Hartwig joined the DMG family in 2015, as the Pole Vault specialist. As a two time Olympian, Jeff Hartwig has a great perspective on what it takes to be a successful Olympic athlete. A graduate of Arkansas State University, with a degree in Marketing, Jeff has also been on the promotional side of the sport. His athletic achievements include being a World Silver Medalist and American Indoor record holder in the pole vault. His contribution to the sport of Track and Field and his experience during the Olympics in 1996 & 2008 is a huge asset for DMG. Jeff travels with DMG athletes and assists in coaching Pole Vaulters. Jeff Hartwig and his daughter, Heidi live in St. Louis, Missouri.



Jordan works to ensure that all aspects of DMG are operating at their highest ability to ultimately best serve the athletes. Jordan works behind the scenes on all of the logistical aspects of the company, from financials to meet operations. Jordan grew up with a passion for Olympic sports, while being a gymnast for 16 years. She graduated from Kennesaw State University, with a degree in

Sport Management and from Liberty University with a Master’s degree in Sport Administration.



Annie primarily assists with the organizational aspects of business development and daily operations of Doyle Management Group. In addition, she works behinds the scenes managing the logistics of organizing, fundraising, marketing, and executing the American Track League. Annie came to Georgia from Florida, after working as the Director of Operations for FSU's Track and Field team. Prior to her time in Tallahassee, Annie was the Associate Athletic Director, Senior Women’s Administrator, Athletic Operations Coordinator, and Compliance Director at Randolph-Macon College. She received her Master’s Degree in Human Resource Development and Athletic Leadership from Clemson University while serving as the Graduate Assistant for the Track and Field team. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from UNC-Wilmington, where she competed as a scholarship athlete in the women’s pole vault.



Bob Ciosek is Founder and Chief Creative Officer of Bold Studios. He spent the first 13 years of his career at ad agencies BBDO, Saatchi & Saatchi and DMB&B. He launched Bold in 1998 with ESPN as the centerpiece client. Much of his client work included branded content for Capital One, Subway, Kellogg’s, WWE and more. In 2003, Bob invented an online consumer research process leveraging a patented tool to drive strategic and creative work. With this unique tool, Bob’s work shaped TV programming, acquisition, marketing as well as digital and social content development and marketing. Clients included ABC, American Express, CNBC,, ESPN, Food Network, Fox Sports, Golf Channel, Initiative Media, MSN, New York Magazine, New York Post, People Magazine, Refinery 29, Tribeca Film Festival, Turner Entertainment, Yahoo Sports and more. Bob also founded a short-form, social video app called BlipHit. For the last three years, Bob was Chief Creative Officer at Whistle Sports. He helped grow Whistle into the #1 social engagement platform in sports garnering over 1 billion views monthly. During his tenure they grew from 60 million in social reach to 370 million in global social reach. He also was a key player in securing $78 million in investor funding.
