Michael Frater of Jamaica, the 3rd Jamaican behind Usain Bolt and Asafa Powell made the final at the Olympics and set a PR in the process of 9.97. Frater was also a member of the World Record 4x100 meter relay team. Frater talks about 2008 and why he is excited for 2009.
