Paul Doyle
Founder & CEO

In 1998, Paul co-founded Speed Dynamics Atlanta where he coached athletes to Olympic and World Championships medals, a World Record and more than 20 National Records.

One day, an athlete from Paul’s training group asked for help getting into meets. Paul began calling meet directors and booking his athlete's travel to competitions around the world. The word spread quickly and soon athletes were calling Paul for representation. Over the last 12 years, Paul has developed Doyle Management Group from a one-man operation to one of the most trusted and respected management companies in the industry.

Paul graduated from the University of Massachusetts with a Bachelor’s degree and Masters degree in Exercise Physiology. Ever since, his life has been dedicated to track and field in one form or another.

Paul and his wife Karen Shinkins, a former Irish Olympian, live in Atlanta, Georgia.

 

Piotrek Buciarski
CFO & COO

While attending the University of Oregon, Piotrek received his Bachelor’s degree in Economics and MBA in Sports Marketing. After his athletic career for the Ducks concluded, Piotrek went on to become a 2004 Olympian, 3-time World Championships qualifier and Danish National Record Holder in the Pole Vault.

In 2006, Piotrek retired from competition and founded Athletics Consulting International, representing 25 elite athletes. After two years of building ACI into one of the top up-and-coming management companies in track and field, Piotrek merged with DMG and became the acting Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer.

Piotrek combines his personal knowledge of athlete needs with an expertise in business development and financial management.

He is married to USA Olympic javelin thrower Rachel Buciarski and splits his time between Portland, Ore. and DMG's headquarters in Hiram, Georgia. Like Paul, Piotrek shares a love for flying and takes his Piper Cherokee out in his free time.

 

Matt Daniels
Director of Marketing & Communications

Matt’s support centers on maximizing client opportunities in an ever-changing and growing endorsement marketplace. Matt works to design, pitch, manage and measure a wide variety of sports marketing programs for DMG athletes. He leverages the company's strong relationships with national and local media outlets to gain individual client exposure. Matt’s passion for track and field coupled with his expertise in marketing communications brings a unique skill set to DMG. His career at DMG began after finishing school and a successful track career at Ole Miss.

 

Robby Hughes
Athlete Manager & Overseas Base Coach

Robby began his relationship with DMG over a decade ago as one of the company’s first clients after winning two NAIA national titles at Life University. He travels with DMG athletes to international competitions and major championships providing the necessary support so each athlete can maximize their performance on the track. Robby supervises the DMG overseas base camp and administers the training programs of athletes who are away from their regular coaches. He also coordinates DMG athlete competition entry and travel logistics.

 
James Pennamon
Director of Client Services 

James has a hand in every aspect of DMG working around the clock to ensure that all client needs are satisfied. He plays a significant role in the development of long-term client relationship strategy and leads initiatives on special projects. James graduated from Kennesaw State University with a degree in Sports Management.

 

Aundre Edwards
Jamaican Liasion

A dual citizen of the US and Jamaica, Aundre is DMG’s go-to-guy for Jamaican athlete management. He is an expert at coordinating logistics and takes care of the smallest details allowing athletes to travel and compete hassle free. Aundre has been with DMG since 2007 after retiring from track and field. As an athlete, Aundre was the long jump Jamaican National Champion in 2003 and competed collegiately for TCU.

 
Kim Vanderlinden
European Coordinator

Based in Belgium and fluent in five languages, Kim plays an important role in DMG international operations. With over 10 years experience working with world-class athletes, Kim understands what it takes to be successful at the highest level of track and field. She is involved with coordinating various details from travel arrangements to practice sessions and media inquiries. Kim graduated from Artevelde College in Ghent, Belgium with a degree in Communications Management, Public Relations.
